Kristina Yarmolich is the Executive Director of the Human Needs Project (HNP), where she leads bold, cross-sector initiatives to drive sustainable change in some of the world’s most underserved communities. Since stepping into the role in 2022, she has nearly doubled fundraising revenue through strategic campaigns, high-impact partnerships, and immersive events.

A graduate of UC Berkeley, Kristina brings a creative and solutions-oriented approach to leadership. She is passionate about developing innovative models that blend infrastructure, technology, and storytelling to address systemic poverty. Her work spans energy access, clean water, talent empowerment, and sustainable economic development— transforming ideas into scalable, community-led impact.

Kristina excels at building visionary collaborations across sectors—from government and philanthropy to blockchain and climate tech—and has worked closely with partners ranging from Kenya’s of the First Lady to global foundations, like Grundfos Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation, Clinton Global Initiative, Jones Day, P&G, as well as creative industries. She is deeply committed to maximizing impact with limited resources and thrives at the intersection of creativity, operations, and mission-driven work.
